On the Jazz Street, right next to the guest harbour, festival visitors gather to mingle, eat, drink and shop as well as to enjoy music at the free concerts. The Jazz Street is home to the festival’s ticket sales point, information desk, Baltic Jazz Shop, beer terrace and the restaurants Stall’s Bar & Food and Portside. The festival area is visited by approximately 7000 people during the festival weekend. Join our festival as a vendor and contribute to an exciting and versatile range of products sold at the Jazz Street!
You can apply for our vending spots by filling out an electronic form (link further below). Vendors are chosen based on their application after the application period has closed on 14 April.
You can now buy food coupons which will give you access to our cafeteria for artists and staff. The price for 1 coupon is 5 €. There will also be a break room available for vendors close to the Jazz Street where coffee will be served.
Rent a small vending booth for the 2 by 2 meter size option. Please note that the amount of booths is limited.
This year we will include a list of all vendors in the festival magazine, scheduled for publication in early May, but you can increase your visibility in the magazine by additional advertising. Ad prices begin at 150 €.
If you need accommodation during the weekend, we have pre-booked a limited amount of double rooms (60 € /night for 2 people). In the case of high demand, we can also investigate opportunities for mattress accommodation in the neighbourhood.
The additional services are chosen in the application form. Please also inform us of how many food coupons you need.
Baltic Jazz is a three-day festival and we want the Jazz Street to be available for visitors throughout the festival. In case you are not able to participate all three days, it is now possible to swing by for a shorter amount of time (min. 2 days) at a slightly different location – the crossing Malmintie (“Swing Street”) that leads to the Jazz Street and Jazz Stage. The Park is also open for food vendors but please note that opening hours in the Park are limited to the concerts, see schedule below.
The prices on the Jazz Street include a vending spot for the entire weekend (daily prices for Swing Street), access to water and waste management, nighttime surveillance (as well as necessary electricity for food vendors). The prices do not include tents. 24 % VAT is added to the prices
|Jazz Street||24 € / m2 + 24 % VAT (whole festival)|
|The Park||24 € / m2 + 24 % VAT (during concerts)|
|Swing Street||10 € / m2 / day + 24 % VAT (min. 2 days)|
Smallest possible vending spot is 2 by 2 meters. Pricing example: 4 x 4 m = 16 m2 = 384 € + 24 % VAT on the Jazz Street or 320 € + 24 % VAT on Swing Street.
|Jazz Street||15 € / m2 + 24 % VAT (whole festival)|

You can wish for a specific location in the application, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we are able to accommodate all requests. The location will be given to you upon arrival at the latest.
